Your mission

Office Management (main focus)

  • Regular office presence 1–2 days per week
  • Managing office supplies and consumables
  • Coordinating deliveries and external service providers
  • General office organisation
  • Organising team lunches and events

HR & Recruiting Support

  • Supporting HR administration tasks and internal processes
  • Assisting in the recruiting process (job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination)
  • Supporting employer branding activities across relevant channels

Your profile

  • Reliable and structured way of working
  • Available to work in our office (on-site) 
  • Hands-on mentality and a genuine enjoyment of organisational tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • First experience in office management or HR is a plus but not required
