- Managing office supplies and consumables
- Coordinating deliveries and external service providers

- Organising team lunches and events
HR & Recruiting Support
- Supporting HR administration tasks and internal processes
- Assisting in the recruiting process (job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination)
- Supporting employer branding activities across relevant channels
